Clearwater Beach, FL

If you are looking for outdoor fun by the sea with summer all year round, then this is your destination. Clearwater is a hundred years old and offers a lot of entertainment and activities such as the Pier 60 Sugar Sand Festival in April, paddle boarding, kayaking or John’s Pass Historic Fishing Village & Boardwalk, to name just a few. Average hotel prices are about $150 but rates depend on season. For a room with a view, check out Beachview Inn.

South Padre Island, TX

When thinking of Texas, we all usually have boots and cowboy hats in mind. However, Padre Island provides Mediterranean vacation atmosphere at its finest. It is located at the southernmost part of Texas. Although it’s a very small community, this gorgeous island attracts a large number of visitors throughout the year. Camping under the stars, surfing, life music - those are only examples. If you fancy a real bed, why not stay at Padre South Hotel On the Beach?

Virginia Beach, VA

Not only is Virginia beach a watersports fan’s paradise with summer temperatures up to mid-80s, it also offers comparatively affordable accommodations to choose from - such as the Surfside Ocean Front Inn and Suites, located right by the 3-mile boardwalk with fireworks, a beach circus, and more. Don’t forget to have your picture taken in front of the King Neptune Statue. Additionally, hit the Resort Strip for shopping, street artists, and a bite to eat. Virginia Beach does not fail to entertain.

Hilton Head Island, SC

South Carolina’s coastline has become increasingly popular over the years. Though the weather isn’t as tropical as in Florida, this destination is for those who prefer mild temperatures between low and high 70s in the summer months. Hilton Head is a boot-shaped island that is situated at the coast. The place is well-known for wonderfully clean beaches that invite you to go for long walks or spend the days outside wakeboarding or windsurfing. Hotels like Hilton Head Marriott Resort & Spa add to a memorable getaway.

Daytona Beach, FL

If you seek a tropical environment with white beaches and stunning views on the ocean, head to Daytona Beach. If you’re into golfing, you will like the 4-star golfing courses. Additionally, this is a famous motorsport destination. For a low-key stay and more money to spend on activities, choose the Boardwalk Inn and Suites. While staying in Daytona Beach, visit the Sun Splash Park, go parasailing, jet skiing or hide out in the shade at the Southeast Museum of Photography.
